Instructions and notes:
Motions must be received by 5 p.m. on 12 October 2026 and should be accompanied by supporting documentation, including a rationale for the motion (up to 1000 words).
These should be submitted by completing the online form.
Only active JPA members may submit resolutions/motions.

All motions submitted in the appropriate format by 12 October 2026 will be circulated to members no later than 16 October 2026.
