The JPA is an organization committed to implementing the highest standards of corporate governance. The JPA corporate structure is one of an incorporated association and is governed by a Board of Directors elected by representatives of the Association.

The Bi-laws

Our bi-laws is the document that determines the way the JPA conducts its affairs. The JPA is committed to the progressive development of a dynamic and industrious culture, with effective frameworks, systems and processes to help us accomplish our vision.

Code of Ethics
The JPA code of ethics is our guide of principles designed to help professionals within the association conduct business honestly and with integrity. Our code of ethics document outlines the mission and values of the JPA, how professionals are supposed to approach problems, the ethical principles based on the JPA's core values, and the standards to which the Physiotherapy professional is held.

Code of Conduct
Physiotherapists who are members of the JPA must uphold the JPA Code of Conduct. All 4 sections in the JPA Code of Conduct are binding on all JPA members. The guidelines are not laws in themselves and are subject to change or amendment if or when the need arises.
